Intel® Channel Symposium "Be Active and Get your Colleagues to Join" Challenge ("Challenge")

  1. This Challenge is organized by Intel Semiconductor (US) LLC and/or its affiliates. Participation in this Challenge is subject to full compliance with the following Terms and Conditions.

  2. This Challenge will commence on 27th October 2016, 12:00am Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and end on 30th November 2016 12:00pm Singapore Time (UTC +08:00).

  3. Only employees of Platinum, Gold & Registered members of the Intel® Technology Provider program from Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam may participate in this Challenge.

  4. This Challenge consists of the following two categories and prizes:

  6. To be eligible for participation in the Challenge, participants must fulfil all the following criteria during the Challenge period:
    1. For the category - The Top 3 Most Active Delegates:
      1. Registered for the Intel® Channel Symposium 2016 using a valid business ID and a valid business email address with the same email domain provided to Intel® under the Intel® Technology Provider program; and
      2. Watched the opening keynote and at least 2 of the track sessions during the live session; and
      3. Visited all the sponsor booths during the live session; and
      4. Completed and answered all quizzes correctly by 6th December 2016, 11:59pm Singapore Time (UTC +08:00).
    2. For the category - Early Bird Registration
      1. Watched the opening keynote and at least 2 of the track sessions during the live session.

  7. Winners will be selected from among eligible participants (i.e. participants who fulfil clause 5 above) based on the following criteria:
    1. For the category - The Most Active Delegates
      1. The top 3 participants who referred the most number of co-workers to attend the Intel® Channel Symposium by the end of the Challenge, subject to clause #7.
    2. For the category - Early Bird Registration
      1. The first 200 participants who registered; based on time of registration.

  8. A co-worker referral is only considered as successfully registered when the following criteria is fulfilled by the referred co-worker:
    1. From the same Intel® Technology Provider as the participant; and
    2. Registered for the Intel® Channel Symposium 2016 using a valid business ID and a valid business email address with the same email domain provided to Intel® under the Intel® Technology Provider program; and
    3. Must not be in the existing Intel® Technology Provider database; and
    4. Submitted the participant’s registered email address during registration; and
    5. Watched the opening keynote and at least 2 of the track sessions during the live session.

  9. In the event there is a tie among the participants, the winner will be chosen based on the following:
    1. For the category - The Top 3 Most Active Delegates
      1. The most number of track sessions watched.
      2. Other relevant criteria, as determined by Intel in its sole discretion.
    2. For the category - Early Bird Registration
      1. The most number of track sessions watched.
      2. Other relevant criteria, as determined by Intel in its sole discretion.

  10. Intel’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding. No claim or dispute whatsoever regarding the decision shall be entertained in this regard. Winners will be individually notified. If a winner cannot be contacted by Intel after seven (7) days of effort, Intel shall be entitled to award the prize to the next best entry/participant.

  11. Each prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. Intel reserve the right to vary or substitute the prize without giving any reason or prior notice. Intel gives no warranty/guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding any of the prize (including but not limited to any warranty/guarantee or representation relating to the nature, function, quality, merchantability and fitness for purpose of any of the prize) and the user of each prize shall use that prize at his/her own risks.

  12. Intel may, at its discretion, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to varying the Challenge period or withdrawing this Challenge at any time without prior notice or assuming liability to any member.

  13. Intel shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, claims, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with (i) the Challenge, or (ii) the use of the prize(s).

  14. All matters and disputes arising out of or in connection with the Challenge and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the sole decision of Intel. Intel’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
